I went in today to get new glasses after an unfortunate tug-of-war incident with my puppy left my current pair broken. I was helped by Stephanie who was absolutely amazing and beyond helpful. I’ve always dreaded shopping for glasses because I have a petite face and usually get pointed towards the kids section as a “solution”, but Stephanie was so knowledgeable and helpful in finding me a variety of adult glasses that fit me well. I honestly can’t sing her praises enough, she was an amazing help!!
Oh my gosh, the staff here are amazing, Lisa Angie, Caeley, Kayleigh, and Nick were fantastic not only did they help me and make my experience getting contacts very calming and easy during their busy schedule. I will always come back and recommend them!

The lady helping my mom and I was beyond helpful and so kind and their selection is huge which gives tons of options to choose from. I’m very happy this place has an amazing selection in children’s frames, I also had the pleasure of frames shopping this evening with nick, he made the experience wonderful stress free. he was very patient he took time to educated us on our options and different styles/hinge durability. Nick helped my 8 year old pick out a frame she loved 🙂 all by herself thank you for the most pleasant eye glass purchase from the Lucas family!
Amazing customer service tonight! My daughter has a hard time picking glasses and it was a last-minute decision to purchase some tonight. The staff working were so patient with her helping her pick the perfect pair that she loves and they made them immediately to save us a trip back into town! Thank you so much for being so accommodating.
I had the best experience here, the staff were all amazing. From booking, to the exam, they took their time and explained everything that was going to happen and showed me the photos they took of my eyes (and explained them.) They didn’t skip a beat when I had some anxiety with the imaging they take of your eyes, which ended up being a breeze. From start to finish it was wonderful, couldn’t ask for a better team to care for your eye health. At the end I tried on a TON of pairs to figure out which ones I liked best, I never felt rushed or unsure. Highly recommend, I will be a lifetime customer. I got my glasses the same day too, thanks again to their whole team!
