I had a fantastic experience at my eye appointment today. The staff were so welcoming, kind, and attentive. Was like they were old friends. They really understood my budget and offered a great range of options and specials. The whole process was easy and comfortable, and I’m over the moon with my new glasses. Can’t wait to pick them up! Had a great experience with them. I purchased my glasses with coverage from aish. They have a section that could have been fully covered and than 2 sections where they would be only $60-$90 only out of your own pocket. Great selection and they made sure very easily that it was all covered. Just make sure you bring your aish card with you.
I recently had my first-ever eye exam at Eyewear Experts, and the experience was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, the receptionists were amazing—welcoming, efficient, and very helpful with the initial paperwork.
The doctor was highly professional and took the time to explain every part of the process, which I really appreciated as a first-timer. All of my questions were answered clearly, and I never felt rushed. If you’re looking for a team that genuinely cares about their patients, I highly recommend them!
The best customer service I have EVER received! Kailey is one of the kindest people I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. I purchased glasses here for my daughter a few weeks ago through Kailey and she accidentally broke them during dance. I came back in to see if they were repairable. They weren’t, but Kailey went above and beyond for us. She ensured to give me a great deal on a replacement pair and helped my daughter pick out another pair of frames with her current lenses to ensure she did not have to go without the ability to see while we await the new frames to come in. Nick was amazing at fitting her lenses into the new frames in a very timely manner, so we could walk out same day, same HOUR with a pair of glasses for my daughter so she can see. This means the world to me as we are from out of town. This type of customer service is unprecedented and unbeatable. I honestly cannot express my gratitude enough to Kailey, Nick and the entire Eyewear Experts team. I will forever be a customer, and will be telling everybody I know to use Eyewear Experts. Thank you for everything! You are all amazing!!

Wonderful experiences! I have used Eyewear Experts a few times now to get new glasses/frames and have had friendly service with very honest opinions on frame selections which I appreciate. Very friendly and responsive every time I pop in for the free adjustments. I would recommend them to anyone.

Kayleigh went above and beyond to help me pick my glasses and had them ready to go within 2 hours of my exam being done! I would highly recommend Eyewear Experts for your next eye exam.
I have never been here before today but had such a warm and welcoming experience. Kayleigh greeted me as soon as I walked in with humour and kind words and Eli adjusted my glasses precisely and cleaned them up to brand new. Will definitely be back in the future for any of my optical needs!

I came in for an eye exam and had a wonderful experience at Eyewear Experts. From start to finish, the team was amazing. Angie, the pretester, was kind and made me feel at ease. Taylor, the refracting optician, was professional and thorough, and Nick, the optician, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone was kind, attentive, and made the whole visit pleasant. Highly recommend!
Absolutely fantastic, My son and I needed new glasses, we checked a few stores and made our way down to Eyewear Experts. The selection is huge, even for children. The service we received was top notch, it was a friendly and fun experience. Really, it was so comfortable, like being with family. I don’t recall ever having such a positive experience before when buying new glasses, and the direct insurance billing helped my wallet. Thank you for being so awesome, can’t wait to pick up our new glasses when they are done.

Even though I did not purchase my eyeglasses from Eyewear Experts, I was in the need of repairs. Fully expecting to pay for the repairs. They completed the repairs and did not charge me! Nice! Next pair of glasses I am heading to Eyewear Experts!
