I visited the new Gasoline Alley location in September 2022.
My family of 4 came in for eye exams. Phil was very thorough and answered any questions we had.
Juliana helped to find us the perfect pair of glasses.
All of the staff was very friendly & attentive.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience. I got such a wicked deal, I feel like I got 3 glasses for the price of 1. Darcy was phenomenal to work with but everyone was so helpful and honest with their opinions on what frames looked best. My family and I have been going here for years and that will never change. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. And it’s locally owned!!

Recently went in for an eye exam, and to purchase new frames and lenses.
Phil was very accommodating with me, as i had an allergy attack just before my appointment so my vision wasn’t back to 100%. He patiently waited and worked around it!
Huge thank you to all the staff who helped me pick out frames that made me feel confident! Thank you to lisa for getting the exact specific ones i wanted (very hard to do when you’re picky about the tortoiseshell pattern!!) and to Caeley & Kayleigh for getting me the best price as a struggling student!
And to nick for always fixing my glasses no problem!! They are truly the best team around!
Phil is awesome as an optometrist. He treats me like an adult and looks after what I need from the exam rather than nagging like other optometrists I’ve seen in the past. Lisa, Ang and the rest of the staff are delightful. The atmosphere in Eyewear Experts is lighthearted and fun with professional aptitude at their jobs. Everyone seems to legitimately enjoy being at work; it makes wait times fly by. They are also very accommodating for scheduling. I will absolutely be back.
I had gone into the original Eyewear Experts a few months back and Darcy helped me pick out a pair of prescription sunglasses for when I got my new prescription. I went into the Gasoline Alley new location yesterday and they were on file for me. The ladies, Julianna, Amanda, and Stephanie worked as a team to pick out the best glasses for me. I went into the new Gasoline Alley location a few times on the hunt for new glasses and was helped by Julianna. Julianna was awesome to deal with and so patient with me and helping me pick and try on different frames. I had issues with my direct billing, and she was kind enough to take extra time and help me submit my claim and make sure everything was filled out correctly. My glasses were also ready in 5 minutes, so it was a quick and easy process all around. I highly recommend Julianna and Eyewear Experts!

I got my new pair of glasses from this location about a few months back! I love them & people love it too! Kayleigh was awesome, she was very helpful & efficient! I have tried multiple places here in Red Deer. Some are overpriced, most of them are rushing. This place was just price right & the employees were very patient. Absolutely amazing staff! Was nervous for getting my first pair of glasses and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome. I felt comfortable my entire eye exam and left feeling confident that my prescription was going to be perfect for my eyes. The prices are great and lots of great frames to select from.
