Fast and quick service.
First time I came here I was not aware they were closing in 5min but the reception still accomodated me to take a quick look of the options I have for AISH benefits.
Came back few days after and Caeley assisted me to getting a glasses. She was very nice and accommodating. She got my glasses completely covered with shatter resistant. So I paid nothing out of $400+ bill being under AISH.
Also they have an entire section of glasses for people in AISH program so you do have a lot of good options.
Definitely recommend this place 🥰
Great service, quick and got a good deal on some glasses. They didn’t have the transition lenses in yet but gave me a loaner pair of lenses for when they do come in! Very clean building, friendly receptionist, would recommend!
Five stars just doesn’t give these people justice. I was in a bind and really to get some glasses before the weekend. Within an hour Angie and the rest of the team at Eyewear Experts have a pair ready for me. All for under $100! For a very nice pair of glasses that I was even complemented on numerous times. Everyone from the woman that took my call, the lovely ladies that helped me pick out my glasses, and fitted them for me, were amazing. It’s not often you get treated so well at any establishment and these guys really came through for me. I’ve been buying from them for at least 15 years and will continue to do so. Thank you all so much!
The most amazing customer service!! I lost my glasses and needed an immediate replacement. They were super helpful and had the glasses done in no time! 100% recommend and they will be my go-to in the future!
Staff was amazing from start to finish. I raved about them so much when I got home, my husband then booked an appt the same afternoon. This will definitely be our go to eye clinic now.
I’ve been coming to eyewear Experts for many, many years, and one of the reasons I keep coming back is because of the amazing staff. Most of them have been there for years, and Lisa is one of those people.
I honestly couldn’t ask for someone more energetic, genuine, and straightforward. She’s always a pleasure to see, she’s excellent at what she does, and now she even does eye exams too! She makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in, and that means a lot.
If you’re looking for someone you can trust and feel at ease with, I highly recommend booking an appointment with Lisa at eyewear Experts. You won’t be disappointed!
I’ve been a customer for a few years now and was shocked I when I realized I’ve never left a review!
5 stars honestly aren’t enough for how amazing the experience is here. Every time I come in, everyone is so friendly, funny, and courteous. I’ve even been accommodated at a moments notice over the years when I’ve had emergencies or other concerns, which in my opinion, you just can’t get care like that anywhere else.
I came in for another annual eye exam/lense refill/set of frames today and the ladies were a delight as usual. Had some good laughs, got to ask all my (worry wart) questions, and had the best help picking out a new set of frames. I could neverrr trust anyone else with my eyes ♡.
I brought the whole family to get eyewear from this location. All of the staff were absolutely excellent! Friendly and knowledgeable in their trade. My wife, 2 kids and myself were treated with care and consideration throughout the entire process from exams to picking out frames to fittings when they were complete. Also faster than any other eyewear places I’ve ever been in my life. I would 100% recommend to anyone who needs quality eyewear! Special thanks to Lisa and her daughter who are just the BEST!!!
I had an amazing experience with eyewear experts! The staff is sooooo lovely and patient both while getting my eyes tested and glasses shopping. This location has a FANTASTIC selection to choose from! Sales manager (Kayleigh Whiteside) went above and beyond when I was selecting glasses! She felt like a fun shopping buddy! Kayleigh also gave me incredible deals on my frames. I SAVED HUNDREDS! I plan to be a returning costumer ♥️
My experience with kaleigh has been wonderful she was polite, helpful and very professional with absolutely everything including fitting my new glasses, selection and warranty.
I will definitely return there and support this local buisiness.
I recently broke my prescription glasses. The place i originally got my glasses from said they weren’t fixable. Another new set and a 2 week wait, I took the old broken ones to Eyewear experts, hoping they could do something for me.
Caeley helped me out and proceeded to bend them back into shape to the point they were totally wearable!! (until the new ones I was forced into buying at the other shop came in.) Forever grateful to Caeley.
I will definitely be coming back to Eyewear experts from now on!
I had a fantastic experience at my eye appointment today. The staff were so welcoming, kind, and attentive. Was like they were old friends. They really understood my budget and offered a great range of options and specials. The whole process was easy and comfortable, and I’m over the moon with my new glasses. Can’t wait to pick them up! Highly recommend! 😊 Thank you to the staff here!!
