Our opening hours are
Mon – Fri 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

How long does it typically take to get a pair of glasses after an order is placed?

With our Onsite 1-hour lab, we’re able to prepare many glasses within an hour of your order. However, complex prescriptions or specialty lenses may require additional time. We will give you a more specific time frame when you place your eyewear order.

Can I bring in my current prescription from another optometrist?

Yes, we welcome prescriptions from all licensed optometrists. Please make sure your prescription is current. If you’re due for an eye exam, we can schedule an appointment for your convenience.

What is your eyewear return or exchange policy?

Eyeglasses are a custom order, due to that ALL sales are final or are subject to a 25% restocking fee of purchase price upon returns.

Can you repair glasses?

Yes, we provide repair services for eyeglasses, including frame adjustments, nose pad realignment, nose pad replacement, and screw replacement. We offer minor repairs at no charge!

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Interac, Android Pay, and cash payments.

What types of contact lenses do you offer?

We provide a wide range of contact lenses, including daily, weekly, and monthly disposables.

We offer a wide range of eyewear products, including prescription eyeglasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and various accessories.

Do you offer eyewear for sports or computer work?

Eyecare Services

Do you offer eye exams? If so, how can I schedule an appointment?

Yes, we offer eye exams. Contact us or visit one of our two locations to schedule an appointment.

How long does the eye exam take?

The duration of an eye exam depends on a number of factors, including the complexity of your vision needs and any specific tests required. On average, a comprehensive eye exam typically takes around 30 minutes to an hour to complete. Please allow some extra time for administrative tasks and for any questions you may have.

What type of eyecare services do you offer?

Do you provide online eyecare services?

No, we don’t provide online services.

Our onsite lab allows us to deliver fast and efficient service, often having your glasses ready within an hour. For our customers, this means no longer having to make multiple visits, take time off work, or wait for weeks to receive their new prescriptions.

Billing & Insurance

Do you accept eyecare insurance? If so, what plans?

Yes, we accept eyecare insurance. Please contact us with any questions and to find out whether your insurance covers our services.

Do you provide direct billing?

Yes, we offer convenient and hassle-free direct insurance billing to most major insurance providers.

What’s covered with your eyecare insurance?

Eyecare insurance covers routine eye exams, prescription eyewear, and treatment for eye diseases generally.

What is your eyecare insurance process?

When you make you an appointment with us at Eyewear Experts, we verify most insurance coverages before providing any services to ensure you’re covered under your insurance plan. Once the services are complete, we submit a claim to your insurance company for payment.

Once the claim is processed, you will receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statement that details how much was charged, how much was paid by the insurance company, and how much is left owing.
